✭✭✭✭✭Khajiit finds Anvil to be very near to the wayshrine and not troubled by wandering law enforcement officers along the way yes.
This is the refuge of choice for this one after occasionally trying to work while too drunk.

✭✭✭✭✭I have 2 favorites. Belkarth is my main one I use, when you're leveling enchanting by having someone mail you glyphs, its so easy to duck behind the building and pop in to make mail pop. The other is the one in Rawl Ka. The Sleek Creek House exits directly near the refuge entrance, its perfect for me to port to the house and go directly in without guards on me when I have a bounty from pickpocketing, and its convenient.Grand Master Crafter, Beta baby who grew with the game. PC/NA. @Sheezabeast if you have crafting needs!2
