✭✭✭✭✭I am just re-running Breaking For Virac again for the 6th or 7th time. The first few times, the no zombies were labeled as such outside when you start the quest and when you killed Covenant soldiers you acquired items like rotten limbs and moldy eyes or whatever, so that you figured out what was going on through active investigation and gameplay.
Then a year or two ago it changed.
Now you see zombies, you investigate pre-deceased soldiers, and even that gives no information. You just kneel down three times and go back to turn in.

✭✭✭✭I'm still irritated they cut 'The Corrupted Stone' and 'The Shattered and the Lost' out of the Craglorn main questline.
The Apex stones are important to the Missing Guardian quest, and could theoretically have an impact on the plot of future games, but of course they're going to be pushed to the side and made optional. #proud2BAStarObsessedLoony

I believe that was the lazy way of making Craglorn more solo friendly.
Why re-write a quest slightly when you can just make it optional.
