I'm writing here because now I'm 90% sure this is an issue on this game's servers side.
First, I'd like to point out that
I'm from South America and I know my ping in games is naturally higher due to the distance to the servers.
But ever since I build my PC, my latency in almost every game was between 120 - 140 ms and lag spikes going up to 180 - 200 ms . I'm talking about games like Dota 2, Rainbow six, CS:GO, and even ESO.
For ESO, I occasionaly took screenshots and sometimes managed to capture the latency in that moment. I'm gonna share what I had with DATES according to the screenshot folder.

My point is, throughout all of 2016 my ping was at a constant 140-160 while idle in zone. Had to stop playing for work but came back after morrowind launched. Game was a little bit more laggy than I could remember and I could tell, but it wasnt much of an issue. Suddenly ever since september 18th (date in which I did not take a screenshot but I remember I got pissed off because of lag) the game has been at a constant 180-200 ping. All day. Every where. No matter what I do. Dungeons, pvp, its all the same. Not to mention for every trial i've been doing I get crazy ping which gets really frustrating because I cant do high level content the same way I used to and at this points is honestly the only element of the game that I enjoy enough to keep playing it.
Called my ISP, and they said it's not an issue on their end because nothing changed, and I have to believe it because my latency in different games is still the same as before. So what changed? The only guess is some ESO server parameters changed. There's no reason for me to have this lag. It's not letting me do my usual rotations or do VMA normally without dying to lag.
I'm asking for guidance. Point me in the right direction. I want to know what's going on. One of my friends that also lives in south america has the same issue and we live in different countries. So please help me figure this out and let me help you fix it by providing any information you might need.
