Green lotus heal question

If I do a heavy attack with green lotus would that take my crit heal from weapon crit or spell crit. I wanna say it would be weapon crit (because of the major savagery) but with it costing magicka I'm not sure honestly.

I think this has alot of potential for some deadly strong heals but I need to know first before I waste all my time farming.

Lotus is like flames of Oblivion and repentance, the skill scales with your highest stat, says so in one of the patch notes.

It heals really well.

Awesome to hear was thinking that with maybe a high crit setup and high crit heals I could push out a 10k heal.
