So, you want me to scroll through 161 pages to find a bug report on "Initiation: Drink the Potion?" I tried your 15-minute reset and I still have no potion to drink. I even repaired the darn game. If I am going to pay a monthly subscription fee for the game, the game had better work flawlessly.....which it isn't. Thank you.

I googled it. You aren't the only one with the problem. The general steps are the 15-minute reset or abandoning the quest and picking it up again. Fortunately, it is not required for the main storyline and you can pick up the next quest in Tuwhacca's Throne without it.

Great, so I am stuck here. Wonderful! I guess I will have to create a new Toon and start over again. And, this time avoid the Queen's request that I come to this cursed place.

Just head to Tuhacca's Throne, and pick up the quest there. It'll get you back on track, without anything of value being lost. Alternately, you can try dropping the quest and coming back 20 or 30 minutes later.
