As part of the resolution from yesterday's issue, we'll need to take a new character copy of NA characters - this means you'll have a fresh copy of your Live NA characters, but it also means any templates created from last patch will be wiped.3

Otherwise I'll get back to about where I got to last week just in time to lose all that progress again
