Cannot Purchase ESO Plus

Been trying for a few weeks to purchase plus again but I cannot seem to get anywhere.

I have always used a prepaid visa or mastercard with enough balance. It worked fine in the past.

I have tried every option from clearing cookies to several different web-browsers. Assigned a postal code to the card(s)

    If you haven't already place a support ticket (either in game or from the support page logged in) under the billing category and you should get some help and trouble shooting from there.

    You can also post your ticket numbers here if it doesn't help for ZOS staff to review.
