concept to help overloaded server on green and blue tempors by a new refining process

many players now have huge stocks of green (uncommon) and blue (rare), total numbers of these could be unfathomable total amounts if left sitting in bank/crafting bag.

so, why not use new "fusion" merging tempors to new refined tempors

most players sell to trash vendor for gold they need, some tried selling on auction house and it would take days or longer.

since Legendary are hard to get by.
the concept are about making new tempors

example, (please numbers are just rough draft)
10 green tempors and refine to new blue tempor, the repeat to next tier with 10 blue rares to new 1 purple tempor, and then limited per day refine 10 epics into 1 legendary tempor.

if we do have that and server will feel lot lighter and cleaner data instead of having massive overloaded data of tempors adding everyday

Cool idea, but with every quality of life ZOS update players have less reason to grind. Unless it came with some "alternate" grind it wouldn't happen.


Maybe if you could use 10 tempers + 1 retrait material

In addition to the above, this idea would ruin the price of tempers for sale ... they're rare for a reason.

Some players overlook the number of ways you can get gold tempers ... including writ rewards.

Plus with Homestead these upgrade mats have a use for crafting furnishings. I think it is fine as it is. Writs are a good source for gold upgrade mats and refining the surveys often nets one or two.

as i mentioned above, only 1 legendary gain from 10 epic a day refined.
to prevent farming for tempors
as scarity of uncommon and rare tempors will be more worth when someone else need to restock.

concept was meant for helping to reduce excessive overflooded items in auction house.
