✭✭✭✭✭There is an NPC in Vvardenfell that says the name of the Ruin. But I only think you hear it when you pick up the quest that sends you there. Look for Neramo out side the ruin and explore all dialogs.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I went back and found the ESO-Live on Tanrielic Pronunciation, and Nchuleftingth wasn't there. Probably due to it being in Vvardenfell.
