Currently the staff augments the skill force pulse to apply all status effects at the same time. I've not stress tested this but some say that this would be overpowered. So, the question becomes, what would be a better way to balance this?
I've conceded that it may be too useful, and as such suggest that each staff type only has a 100% proc chance to its respective elemental type
Concentrated Force
Force Shock always applies one of these status effects: Burning, Concussion, or Chilled, depending on your staff type. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds per enemy.

Dilute it to 1 element high status uptime
Change it to something else
