drop the kags, in trials, healers are not the ones to get rezzes so kags is pointless.
worm, mending, lich and sanctuary, and infall aether are your other non dlc options though you will be hurting your group for not having spell power cure from wgt

Having healers rezzing is definitely a good strategy in a lot of situations since you otherwise loose more DPS. But it should only be done in well coordinated groups.
I agree on the sets though.^^

i could see it in 4 man dungeons and maybe vdsa, but healers that stop healing in order to rez is just gonna cause more deaths in vet trials, its not their job to rez. off tanks that arent occupied and dps are to get rezzes, im guessing you never ran vet trials.
anyways kags provides no utility for the group, takes up a valuable 5 piece spot

It is however amazing for Templars to wear in PvP. A Templar with max Alliance War Support and Kags can basically instantly rez someone, so little time needed with that combo. Which can really help in a lot of situations.

you are correct, i was assuming this was for pve content. but yes healers wearing kags for pvp is very beneficial
