Ballista = the new ganker weapon?

Is there any other ulti that can be completely negated by 1-2 dodge rolls AND CCs or snares do not guarantee even third of the dmg delivery (maybe fear because it bugs often) AND warns you the attack is coming AND offers nothing else but the damage AND costs nearly twice more than most defensive ultimates?

I don't know why I don't see it more often TBH. What other ranged physical damage modified ultimate is there?

Balista build is mostly used by gankers in IC! Killing few daedra will pump u ultimate!

It does not work well in cyrodiil!

Too much LOS in IC IMO

You call sorc burst cheese!? One of the worst bursts in PvP, telegraphed, leaving you with 3.5 sec to decide how you want to go about defending it. Only a bad player with no awarenes of whats happening around him will find sorc burst hard to counter. Normaly as a sorc I have to really surprise my enemy with non standard combo to get a kill against solid oponent.
