Latency issues

I submitted a ticket yesterday regarding the latency issues I have. I have the pathping and tracert files, don't know if I should attach them here.
The main issue is that I get 220-270ms when playing normally in the US server. I live in Brazil and the ping to ESO's server should be lower than 200ms, around 150ms or so. Something is wrong with Akamai's route or your server indeed.
