After that, my best guess is Skyrim for money-making reasons. Every casual gamer the world over would buy ESO just to play Skyrim online.
My personal hope is Summerset though since we have barely any high elf content in the game. I wouldn't mind Elsweyr either since the khajiit are also underrepresented in the game (although I think high elves are a much more interesting race).
I believe that Chapter 2 has a good chance of being Spiral Skein (Mephala's Realm). Seems too big especially when viewed story-wise to not become a chapter. At the very least it'll be a large DLC like Orsinium was. Murkmire strikes me as the next Orsinium-sized DLC though.
