Warden broken passive

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom I'm posting this here as it seems this forum gets much more attention than the bugs forum. As my main is a warden healer this bug https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/369192/ps4-wardens-minor-toughness-broken#latest is hurting my class and yet we have had absolutely no response to it. The post was originally posted as PS4, but we have had confirmed reports from PC and X-Box players that we are ALL experiencing this bug.

I understand that you are not the developers and only relay information, but some word that it is indeed being addressed would be awesome, it's been two week now? I think. Please let us know that this is being addressed so that I can decide if I need to stop using my warden or not.

Hopefully this gets fixed. A few other notable bugs have yet to be addressed as well so hopefully they're saving all of the Warden rebalancing/bug fixes for next patch.

Don't hold your breath.

They refuse to comment on the fact that Swarm and both morphs count as direct damage when it should be a dot, and I believe the shalks, at least the magicka morph of them - are counting as a DOT.

Both of these bugs have been reported continuously for an entire year.
