My argonian warden Invokes-Many-Spirits loves her Northern Storm ability. Lots of magicka, good damage, protection and enemies inside it are walking like they are crippeled. Plus the animation is super cool!

How about you?

The Wardens in battlegrounds seem to prefer the cliff divers. Two wardens in a group and the sky is littered with the &#*^ things.

Sub Assault followed by a 2H Uppercut is amazingly effective against lower level NPCs. Very often they're dead before they hit the ground.

Disclaimer: I only play warden in pvp, not a fan of it in pve.

    Clifflracers. ;)
The best thing about wardens is that people dont know how to play against them. So even a casual magden like me can get some kills. And apparently the majority of people dont know they cant dodge my cliffracers, they just keep rolling until they get hit by deep fissure. :D
I mean, the ability itself might be OP, but people keep claiming that sorcs are OP in pvp, but I havent really noticed that when farming holiday achievement on my sorc or fighting enemy sorcs (well, except for execute, that thing is stupid at times). Even more so, a noob sorc is a very easy target, only noob nb is easier to kill. The majority of people in Cyro know how to fight sorcs and what to expect from them which kinda diminishes their suspected OPness. Wardens, on the other hand, are relatively new so people make serious mistakes when fighting them.

On my stam warden id say it's steel totnado, man that ability is great, I can have 4 dead slots on duel wield for levelling (2H, bow etc) all whilst spamming this ability in a mob infected area. Great ability.

When I lvl up I'll let you know of the other abilities (trees looks good).

Most of the skills are fun and well-animated, but I could happily just do Lotus, Bird of Prey, and then spam Dive with stabby action in between forever.

While the stats from the netches are good, the giant glowing line is so annoying I don't ever slot it.

The only thing i wished was that the animation from the selene set was actually a warden skill...it reminds me a lot of the maul ability from gw2, i love it

I'm still trying to figure Warden out. I take it Warden is an animal/beast and nature-based warrior. You pretty much have to go majicka toon. It's a bit rough going trying to do a stam-based Warden because majority of the skillset are majicka-based and only a few are stamina-morph capable. Anyways, the sorc Warden is pretty much a spin-off of the traditional MagSorc, but with more healing features. Well, I don't know about that healing skill where it spout flowers all in a circle. Flowers just don't fit with warriors. Ha ha. However, I do like the Lotus Flower skill which every heavy and single attack gives health to you and nearby allies. Not sure about the Living Vine or the other plant-based healing skills, either.

I'm disappointed that the bear is an ultimate, which is a waste if slotted. In order to keep the bear out, you have to slot it on both bars, similar to the pet sorc. Forget about that.. that bear doesn't do much anyways. I like that Northern Wind ultimate. Slot that on one bar and the destro ult or Meteor on the other bar, yeah, much better. I also like the Ice Fortress, which is somewhat a spin-off of the Hurricane. Ehh, damage shield for Warden is not that great, though. What.. three projectiles absorbed and its gone? Well, not sure what the morph of it is or how it will make it more effective; haven't mess with it yet. Yeah, if you have 2 or more adds blasting at you, that shield is pretty much toast quick.

Whoops, this has become a pseudo one person's review on a Warden.. my bad. Well, I still do like Warden, particularly the sorc Warden. Yeah, you can tweak and play around with the skillset and with the destruction staff's skillset, a Warden seems formidable.

Somewhat related but I've come to realize that my stam warden can be a pretty excellent cc/aoe boss in pve.

Caltrops+arrow hail+gripping shards+sub assuault. Put that all down and I can seemingly wipe a mob without even touching a weapon
