Decrease in Enchants value after HotR.

I have been advised to post the bug I am experiencing here by the Customer Services team, I have already posted it in General Discussion.
basically a lot of my item's enchants decreased in value for no apparent reason after I logged in to first play HotR.
No, I haven't accidently applied several low level glyphs to several different armour pieces as i was asked by some guild mates
What do i do in the mean time? I can apply purple enchants in mean time to make the items usable but this is happening on a lot of items I'd used kutas on, so to replace them all through no fault of my own would be expensive.

✭Is it only a UI error? Do you only lose/gain that much magicka when equipping/unequipping? Does disabling addons change anything? (Personally not familiar with what the controller default interface looks like) Which platform are you on?

SquareSausage✭✭✭✭✭It affected my total stats, that's how I first noticed. His max magicka was lower than when I last used him and couldn't figure out why as I hadn't changed his gear. Then I noticed the enchants.
I put a few purple max magicka on top of the now lower enchanted items just to be able to play him, but I still have other items, good items with gold enchants that have been reduced significantly and even changed the type of glyph I believe.
