I want to point out something I observed while doing the new dungeons yesterday with my newly geared Warden healer.
For those who doesn't know, Wardens have a passive called "Maturation" which gives minor toughness (+10% max health) to anyone who is healed by the Warden for 10 seconds.
But from what I saw yesterday, this passive seems buggy as the health of the people who receive this buff is always kind of going back to normal, so without the buff, for a fraction of second then with the buff everytime I heal someone so it refreshes the minor toughness buff.
Here is the problem it causes: people keep going back to 90% health for every tick of Rapid regen, for exemple, as the buff is refreshed instead of just being at 100% health all the time. So what is the big deal, you might ask? Well, I am wearing SPC set which is arguably the best set around for healers. In order for this set to proc and buff my teammates, I need to over heal them, which is hard to do since everytime I heal someone, the maturation passive procs and health of everyone keeps dropping to 90% before going back up every seconds !
This might need further testing, I'll keep updating the post if I can get some playing time today, but has anyone else experience this with their Warden ?
