    Holy necro batfolks!

This but I like my beam, lets me know if I have it up or not, especially when you're trying to concentrate on other things on PvP

Nice to have a visual aid at a glance

PEW PEW PEW As a console player, I like it, it makes it easier to see in when I need to reapply my buffs in pvp

The beam not only distinguishes it as a combat pet but also lets enemies in PVP to identify which player is using the skill.

I don't agree with this argument, based on the existing behavior of literally every other pet in the game. Sorc pets for example, which are far more common than Warden netches, do not have ANY visual effect that shows what Sorc they belong to.

Also people have costumes to hide vampirism, or so you can't visually tell what type of armor they are actually wearing. So, the idea that we need a jarring and unnatural laser beam effect on a standard buff is really against all established behavior.

I could accept if someone just liked the effect, though I can't say I would understand it. But to keep it based on the above logic I feel would not be justified.

This is entirely different, sorc can heal with other skills, the betty provides unique purge, it matters much more when chosing your target, since it means that 1 of your dots will be useless.

I like it. It lets people know they were just killed by a Magwarden.

Your nerf suggestion is dumb. Learn to counter other players instead of having the game rebuilt to your ability level.
