How can I stop notifications on a forum?

Wasn't sure where else to ask. Months ago I commented in a forum discussion. Discussion was really over months ago and the issue is quite dead; but some people have found the old thread and are commenting. I want to stop getting email notifications every time some comments on that thread. Is there a way to do that? It's really annoying getting my inbox filled up with these.

✭✭✭✭✭"Notification Preferences" link is at the top of your notifications menu on a browser, and at the bottom on a mobile device. Also, why for email notifications they are not doing weekly notification like other forums out there (Bethesda.net for example)?
