Can't log into Support site to create a ticket => Special Access code isn't sent to my email
I've never logged into Support before.
I get a message "You've logged into Elderscrollsonline.com support experience from a new device or browser. For your security, we've sent a special access code to your registered email address."
But....
I don't receive a special access code at my registered email address
