Huge Bug in CP #ZoS_coding (Healing)

The video is taken on PS4 Morrowind patch

Putting points in Befoul not only boost your Outgoing Defiles but also your Healing recieve from sets like Malubeth , order of diagnia , Sanctuary (healers put 100 in befaul ^^) , vitality pots and poisons.THiS IS NOT tooltip error .
However it also boost selfinflicted defiles like the one from Pirate skeleton from 15% to 22%. In general this passive is completly broken and needs fix . I will miss my 20k heals on my WW tho :( .

    Just tested this on Live PC/NA with the DKs Burning Heart Passive, it works. Its just like you say, it increases Healing received. Worth the small bit of gold to test it :tongue:

    So, by putting points into befoul, the base values of the primary part of a skill are increased if the secondary part of the skill has to do with healing received? LOL

    Yep. And I reported it during PTS and after it here and in ingame so it is probably intended (or unintended but 'allowed')
    Tho I assumed it boots only vitality (as counterpart to defile), but if it affects any healing received buff then it is totally 'unfair' to defile

    Thanks all, this is actually not intended and we'll get a fix into a future patch.

    So you have fixed the issue with Befoul affecting Major/Minor Healing Received buffs. But...

    Befoul still increases self inflicted Defile - Pirate Skeleton is still unusable for a class that would like to utilize a skill including Defile offensively because Pirate Skeleton inflicts you with Minor Defile, which is around 22% less healing taken with 71 points into Befoul instead of the intended 15%.

    You know this bug still exists, and if you didn't, now you do. Please let us know if you are planning on addressing the second half of this bug.

    Considering the fact that it took around an entire year to address the Healing Received portion of this bug, I'm hoping you aren't going to allow the second part of this bug to persist for an additional year.

    An update would be appreciated.
