when will cp get a complete overhaul where you specialize or will it always lets you spec into dmg, sustain and tanyness
and make it not stale with just passives and % values

    I think that the intent is for Champion System to be only passives. Sounded like the question was about when were they going to change that. My guess is "never".

    CP currently permitts us to special. CP. hold safe different for each role and if magicka based of stam. Different from PvE the PvP.

    Of course OP is being very unspecific about what he/she means with "specialize".
