Azura's daedric furnishing set

I'm kinda... disappointed? the banners and the statues are nice, but there is so much cheaply craftable filler in there I was looking forward to it, but now I'm not even sure I actualy want it. the statue is nice, but.. its also 3 separate pieces instead of a single one and achievement statue is very lovely in its own right, without being limited time crown only.

I know, I know, I'm whining and no one is forcing me to buy it.. its just compared to Vivec's furnishings set, it doesn't seem to have nearly as many unique pieces.

I'm wondering if anyone has bought this set and might be willing to show pictures of it so maybe we can gauge the size of the statue?

Ah...yes, the iconic Azura statue. I read that there is a Vaermina statue available from the Stormhaven questline, so I wasn't sure if the Azura one was from there as well. Thought perhaps MW. Thanks!

EDIT: So while I like the Azura statue that you encounter in the cave during the main questline in MW, I'm not sure it's worth the 4K crowns to me, considering I like the iconic statue better, and there are a number of craftable pieces included in this pack. Hmm...I'll have to take a look at it tonight.

agreed, its part of why I;m disapointed. I like that statue but 4k crowns? with bulk of items being something I can craft myself, and cheaply? meh.

and yes there is a Vaermina statue you can get from the same vendor as Azura

I was expecting it to be overpriced around 2k crowns for what is included. 4k is absolutely ridonculous!

I just don't understand this... The Azura pack is SO disappointing!

The Vivec set for the same price had unique furniture, pool, braziers, tapestries...

Yes, the statues are nice. But the Vivec pack came with statues too, in addition to all the rest of the unique stuff. This one has stuff you can easily craft or purchase off a guild trader, and the same boring red banners with a different symbol stuck on it.

I am so incredibly unimpressed.

Look on the bright side: you're all saving 4k crowns or can well buy something else (this is a meh set indeed).

What they should've done imo was get rid of the rest of the stuff just have the azura stuff in there for like 2.5k crowns instead, i'm sure alot more would have bought that instead

Had this set been priced at 2 or 2.5k crowns without the craftable items, it would have been a purchase. Sadly it only has one brazier, and too much "filler" to make the 4 k a value to me even with crowns being on sale.

I will be saving my just purchased crowns for the next awesome crown store items... probably a crown crate package, a home or something else.

Yeah I would of bought it if they had the statue and unique items separate.

Or just don't make limited crown item packs filled with craftable filler.

Even so I think this could of been fine if they had just lowered the price to like 2-2.5k crowns

4K Crowns is absurd! 2K would be pushing it but 4K... COME ON ZOS!

Thankfully I wasn't impressed with the set anyway so in the end it's Crowns I'm not spending or feel the urge to spend.

I know even the Dwarven one is only 1k, and the in game dwarven crafted stuff costs a fortune to make, as well all the extra legendary ones they give you and the book.

I agree with this. I would have liked an Azura statue, but with all the filler the price of this set is too high. The dwarven pipe set is an excellent example of good value for crowns given the in-game gold cost of making most of it.

I agree with those who've already posted that 2-2.5K crowns would have been better, with just the unique items.

It seems to me that they were determined to charge 4K crowns, so they filled it in with craftable items. Granted, for someone who is not a crafter, or who would rather buy than craft, this is a good set, as there are just as many items as the Vivec set. But, for me, and it seems many others, this is way overpriced considering that half of the stuff IS craftable, and quite easily at that.

So, those 4K crowns will be saved for later. Turning out to be a much less expensive month than I had budgeted, since now, instead of 5K crowns, I'm only spending 1K (on the dovah fly pet later this month).

It's really only worth it if you want a giant statue of Azura (which I confess I did). I think everything else bar the banners was something I could already craft.

To the ZoS greed dept. - You could probably lure me in with similar statues of Nocturnal and/or Meridia.

Yeah...if that were the only statue available of her, then I may still have purchased it, but I learned yesterday that the "iconic" statue of her is available from the achievement furnisher in Wayrest (along with Vaermina). Granted, I do think this statue is cool, but I'm able to take a pass since (1) I don't really have room for it right now, and (2) I can purchase the achievement version.

They look cheap and no new daedric stuff or anything unique looking on the bundle.I skipped it and save for next crates.Their designer team kinda suck they should hire the guys that create dota2/csgo skins

They should sell patterns for crafters instead of furniture. Crown purchases should be usefull for the economy too.

They cant, unfortunately. This would be tantamount to pay-to-win, since those who had the money would control the market saturation.

I'm really torn by this... I love the Buddha-esque Azura statue, but it's sooo expensive for that being the only thing of use to me in the pack.

This wouldn't be pay to win lol. They would have to make the pattern available in game though much like the motifs or make it a seasonal repeat thing. They have not done this yet, that is all.

Yeah 4,000 crowns for 3 statues and a bunch of craftable "furniture." Hard Pass.

I usually buy everything that's unique or collectible, but I passed on this one. Too many bound items that I can already craft, and I'm running into major housing-furniture related storage issues.

They need to add an eso plus housing furniture bag just like the crafting bag. The storage issue is going to start affecting their sales. I literally can't buy anything else because I have no where to %#*%ing put it.

I'm disappointed as well. I was really looking forward to the Azura statue, but the statue and her sun/moon statuettes were the only items I wanted. 4k crowns for 3 pieces is a bit much for me, regardless of whethere there is a crown sale going on. I wish there was the option to purchase individual items at a mark-up or something, because I would have easily bought that statue set for 2k crowns.

its more nostalgia play; I agree the pack is way too expensive for what you get but dang, what wouldnt I pay for the cavern of the incarnate statue from TESIII?
It is in fact a gorgeous statue, very nicely designed.
The only thing I am really upset about is there was no Moon and Star ring furnishing to have floating in her hands ^_^

I wouldve preferred they made the pack less expensive but only gave us the banners, the statue(s) and the crystal, but *shrugs* Im sure I will find something to do with the daedric stuff.
