Aether infallible 5th pieces - how does it work

(5 items) Your fully charged heavy attacks do an additional 882 damage. Ennemy that you hit with fully charged heavy attacks are afflicted by Minor Vulnerability for 10 seconds, increasing their damage taken by 8%.
(5 items) Adds 672 Spell Critical

1- Does that set 5th pieces bonus on Minor Vulnerability applies to any mobs/boss in dungeons or just in trial?
2- Does this bonus only apply to your damage produced or to your group members too?
3- Why can't I see in my buffs/debuffs this thing?

1) every enemy is affected
2) active for everyone
3) good question, you can see it on the mobs tho, they are painted pink if affected by the debuff

Oh wow, so that's very useful isn't it? Does it stack with the 10% bonus damage cp bonuses when ennemies are off balance?

You can't see it in your buffs/debuffs because it is placed on the enemy. Hence why other players also benefit from this. You can see the icon for it if you centre the enemy in your reticle and have buff trackers enabled or you can see the pink cloud on the enemy

Infaillible aether 5th pieces is so useful, ennemy get BURNED down in dungeons when I use that set. It's amazing. Love that set

It used to be BiS for Healers to run but with the change to Concussion to apply the minor vulnerability the meta moved away from this set and people stopped using it. Not sure if this is still the case but it used to remove concussion if you used this set to reapply vulnerability, this lowered DPS since it prevented the lightning blockade from proccing the off-balance debuff.

Just tested in dummy and concussion and aether infal Minor Vulnerability stack together. I use this set in dungeons and results of incredible amount of dps. Never saw that before. This set is underrated like a lot of sets in this game. I just found my new meta.

It's great in dungeons but more or less worthless in trials with ~4 DPS doing lightning-damage (especially sorcs). You will have minor vulnerability up quite often without this set....
Tbh this kinda sucks, to get one of the strongest debuffs just by using lightning damage without any (real) further condition

They should not stack as they are the same debuff. But the concussion should still be there if Infal gets applied, as said it was a bug before that it did not. As well something you might want to try that is way easier to do and doesn't cost you a 5p bonus is to use a back bar charged lightning staff with shock enchantment. Gives Minor vulnerability just as aether and gives the off balance if used with elemental blockade. It was this big change to shock damage and concussion that made aether fall out of favor, its just easier to apply minor Vulnerability with concussion than aether.

Concussion
Applies Minor Vulnerability, increasing damage taken by 8% for 4 seconds. Animation: electric sparkles. Chance to proc from any lightning damage. Does not proc off Staff Light and Heavy attacks. However, it can proc from the splash damage of Shock Heavy Attacks.

The lightning status effect (concussion) is the same as 5pc Infallible Aether so they dont stack.
