Which is your most fun spec/weapon for playing Sorc ?

Mag : Destro/Destro

Aside from destruction staves I really like the Overload ulti. Especially using it in melee distance feels like Im thunder punching the enemy right in the face.

my mag sorc goes 1h and Shield/destro (sometimes resto if i'm feeling a little vulnerable)...

i had little idea when i initally started playing what was BiS or meta...just seemed to make sense having a shield equipped if i was gonna be fighting in bed sheets...

i've always been a big fan of the lightening stave for a variety of reasons:

my fourth post ever was about doling out a little lick from my awesome lightening love stick...
1. It reaches out for like forever – so you’re running someone down and there’s a few folks ahead of you getting ready to send an enemy player somewhere else on the map, no worries, real easy to reach out and touch someone from a long way away
2. It doesn’t care about your silly dodge roll move – once it hits it sticks
3. Enchant it with a nice dose of disease or poison and it’s the gift that keeps on giving
4. It stays attached through rocks and trees – go ahead and try to hide
5. It’s fast – so, your inside defending a tower along with about 10 other people (whom you’re not grouped with) waiting for folks to come in the door, no worries about getting in on the kill – cuz your handy dandy lightening staff gets to folks real quick like
6. Cut down your heavy attack time and you can thump folks with a little lick of lightning over and over again. What a joy to stand on top a keep or outpost and zap someone below who thinks that silly lightening stuff won’t do nothing…oooops you’re dead

ahhhhhh, those were the good old days, before i had much clue as to what was really going on...still enjoy using the lightening staff though - with the importance now of heavy attacks - turns out to be even more useful these days...

Personally I just cant bring myself to play stamsorc. It feels like I am playing every other stamina class (bow dots and duel wield skills) with a few substituted sorcerer specific skills and I hate that feeling. I wanna play the class, not the same old tired weapon skills over and over ad nauseum.

Because it feels sooooooo good when a random group attacks you in Cyrodiil and you kill them all alone. Stamsorc is the best 1vx spec IMO.

My most favorite in both pve and pvp, while in pve is very relaxed playing with shields and burning down 30 trash mobs in catacombs
