Why cant you share whats going? make us talk about the change that u are doing, give us feedback etc. i think you guys are doing a horrible job when it comes to support with a few times @ZOS_GinaBruno gives us wrong info

I agree 100% that ZoS could do a much better job communicating with the playerbase but hurling insults isn't going to help anyone.PC EU

THIS! That's why I am always so WTF about the maintenance times...someone needs to show up and press reboot, after the servers were shut down, defragged and the patch was automatically uploaded. (SMARTASSERY! NOT BEING SERIOUS! *or am i* ) So we need to wait till office hours their time!0 -

i dont care what time its gonna be, i care for what info we get before its up again. i think they should be more supportive and give more usefull info about change they make etc. and ofc ETA should be there and it should be alot better than just in like 2h. or 8h. do we get an eta on 8h they should really give info on the way. and maybe tell us why its gonna take this time?
are they wrighting codes on the run? or do they have *** old HDD they cant read/wright more than a mb/s

It's a scheduled patch on PC, so it is going to take longer. They always do. 3am to almost 9am now. I sort of expected it to be done by hour 6, so I guess this one will be a long one. Maybe that is why they started at 3am.
