For solo skeleton parses I'm only doing about 28k self buffed. DW magplar's got some sustain issues without someone giving synergies to you and having moondancer. I usually run Moondancer/julianos (or bsw with inferno staff), grothdar.

Skills:
Lightning bar: Inner Light, Elemental Drain, Blockade, Blazing Spear, Purifying Light, Destro Ult
Flame Bar: Inner Light, Channeled Focus, Vampire's Bane, Flame Reach, Jesus Beam, Empowering Sweep

The Rotation goes:
LA->Vampire's Bane -> Swap-> LA -> Blockade -> LA -> Blazing Spear -> Fully charged Heavy -> Purifying Light -> Swap -> LA-> Flame Reach -> Repeat
Note that i reapply each Dot besides Purifying Light before its duration expires atleast everytime i'm not reapplying Elemental Drain or use an Ultimate.

Now there is some "cheese" Rotation that wields even more Dps but is basically unsustainable even though it is a heavy attack rotation: It goes:
LA-> Vampire's Bane -> LA -> Purifying Light -> swap -> LA -> Lightning Blockade -> LA -> Blazing Spear -> fully charged heavy -> Shock clench -> swap -> LA -> Flame Clench -> repeat
Use a Master fire staff for that and always swapcancel Shock clench to the firestaff bar to get the damage buff from the staff.

Dragon Bones
36k dps Magicka Templar

5x Julianos, 4x Moondancer, flame vMA backbar
2x Groth, Illambris or Zaan, max mag and health food, full spell dmg on weapons

I reached 38k before Dragon Bones so if anyone can tell me up to 40k I will owe you a BIG favour.
