Im at level 50 champion points at level 293 im a dragonknight and have a pretty decent built i went throught forums and actually read up before putting skill points just any where. MY QUESTION IS how am i getting beat in duels by players rankiilng level 20 and 30 i mean this is ridiculous ive looked in forum and have heard of such a thing as " Hidden champion point" my understanding is in other words you cant really see what the oposing player actually is ranked if thats the case thats a little miss leading and needs to be fixed im here grinding my .ss of and when ever i do a simple duel i get murdered and my attacks barely do anything and also i see in forums that everyone is scaled up to 50 yata yata yata Yeah it dont feel anywhere equal

If you are level 50 with 293 champion points, and you're fighting a level 30 who has 660 champion points, as long as that level 30 has gear at or near his level (aka level 30 gear) he will be theoretically stronger than you because of all his cp.

There are addons you can use to see other peoples cp level.

Also when this guy has a lvl30 gear, he is stronger than lvl50, because of low-level scaling, afaik.

That means they already have at least once lvl 50 char that earned those points. They are available for all fresh alts.

And if you want a fair duel, look for a people around your level, dont look for "easy targets"...
Its quite annoying when you're logging to a lowbie char and getting those duel requests at level 4.

Cp points are account wide. You only habe one toon apparently.

There are addons you can use to see other peoples cp level.

Add gear type, he might have good pvp gear, he might also be very skilled this is far most important.
Some do this for fun, they have an low level pvp alt they level, then challenge high level player to duel.

The reason why is becuase i try going up my same lever and around my ranking and that hasnt worked so im trying to level up assualt quick and to be honest when ever im at a wayshrine most of these players challenge me and im thinking ok we will duel and its a quick free meal but i didnt i would be getting beat

No, they will never be stronger. The most they can have is the same stats.

I actually gave you a good advice. You can level your skill line in Cyrodiil, and its very fast. Even if youre mainly pver, you can get barrier/caltrops/etc in one evening (maybe 2). Also if you kill a Cyro delve boss, youll get an 1 hour ap boost.
Speaking of attitudes... Youre saying its unfair that those players to have more cp than you (well, presumably. They might as well have the same cp rank as you or lower). But how is that fair to fight new players that dont have any cp at all when you have cp?
I would duel you, but you have no chances... And I'm not a bully.

Yeah i just didnt realize that you can be level 50 duel with any one ot can be level 30 40 or even 50 same as you but becuase of a previous character in there acount have more championpoints which will out rank you in the match
Ive been using a stamina built and i when ahead and crafted rubedite deadric heavy armor and enchanted all with monumental glyphs but i will just keep leveling i just want to have atleast one match where me and my aponent are at the same level and im not just getting beat up on ive been using a dk stamina built

low level is scaled up to match high levels for PvP.
it is stupid i agree, but thats how eso does it.
