I understand the TOS, Doesnt mean that they shouldnt do something to make up for how weve been treated. Were paying customers that cant use the service we pay for. We arent in beta anymore, most people are just used to getting crappy customer service i guess.

Agreed. It's not a big deal, but a good will gesture seems appropriate. I understand ZOS isn't running a charity, but my monthly sub isn't a charitable donation either.

Thats where i am, I we enjoy the game so much that were willing to pay a little extra. I know its not required but with everything going on it would go a long way, and mean alot. Throw everyone like 400 crowns or something, Other services i use when their servers go down for longer than expected theyll throw me something like a free month or something. Feelsgoodman

Give up.
The white Knights have decided that you're always wrong to ask for what you paid for.

All I want is an hour added to my monthly sub for every hour that the game is taken off line for unscheduled breakdown and exploit fixes.
I didn't break the servers, ZOS needs more robust software.
I didn't exploit or cause issues, ZOS needs to make exploits harder to implement in their code.
I paid for a month, I want a month., not a month minus 14 hours (for example) and I'm willing to ignore weekly maintenance, because that's part of the deal going in.

Unexpected downtime is part of the deal YOU agreed to. Read the Ts&Cs.
Do people really have nothing else to do? The games been offline for a total of a day.... Go for a walk, go to the gym, see your family or friends, go for some food, go to the cinema, watch a box set... Whatever.
These threads are whiny and pathetic. You pay for a lot of stuff in life that you don't get the full benefit from, that's life!

Do you have nothing better to do than complain about other people complaining? Go for a walk, go to the gym, see your family or friends, go for some food, go to the cinema, watch a box set... Whatever.
