War Maiden as a Magicka Templar PVP

Is War Maiden the best set to go with as a Templar magic pvp considering that all dps skills are magicka based, And not elemental based skills?

while its a very nice set for Templars it doesn't buff healing at all. Overall I think Julianos is the better set as it buffs all your abilities.

It's very strong for dps, haven't paid much attention to the healing. If you are just wanting to dps with it I think you'll be happy with it.
