How about a never ending Horde mode?

How cool would this be single player to 12 man raids. You could put enemies already in the game and progressively make it harder. You could put bosses every 10 waves and make them random. The only thing you would have to do is increase health and damage done every 10 waves.

    I suggested this a long time ago for a bit of sanctioned grinding as a mode for DSA. Four people against hoards BUT without out any of the gimmicks, mini-bosses, or annoying pauses or voiceovers in DSA.


    Suggestions are mainly for our own enjoyment though as ZOS isn't well equipped or motivated to take many suggestions to heart.


    The closest thing you get to survival mode is skyreach with 1 or two people and that is very fun .

    even better would be procedurally generated dungeons!!

    This could be a fun BG mode. Imagine starting at your base and dropping into a sea of plague stricken zombies. Earn medals for killing zombies and healing, and extra points for cutting though a swathe of zombies to land a kill on an enemy player. Environmental traps can be used to pin down enemies, allowing them to be devoured by zombies.

    You should take a look into this. Maybe even twice a year with different scenarios. But this would be a great idea.

    Maybe have 2,4,8,12,24(if possible) tiers so you don't have to find a full group of 12 every time

    I am a horrible speller so I at first thought this thread was about endless flowers I could pick and save. The online dictionary tells me that is "hoard".

    But yeah this sounds fun. Sometimes when completing that one dungeon with the endless skeletons I stick around for a while and just whack away for fun. Would be good to have an actual reason to do something like that.

    Don't make it DPS only though. Let a healer go in and have to keep some NPCs alive as they move through horde after horde of evil doers. As the levels advance increase damage done and maybe let a few NPCs split off from main group so healer has to scramble to keep the separated and the group up and moving.

    Same for tank but the tank would need to keep agro on the large damage dealers and do what he/she can through taunts chains and control clear a path. Killing the evil doers wouldn't be an option they just have to be kept busy as the NPCs get by.

    Then of course for groups mix it up in some scenarios so there are things that can't be killed you have to get away from and toss in a few straggling NPCs the group has to keep up as they go through.

    Eventually it seems everything becomes a DPS burn. Would be fun to have something where DPS isn't going to help much.
