When will Linchal Grand Manor be released?

Hello everyone.

I thought Linchal Grand Manor will be Released with HotR?
Can someone help me - I can't find it?
Also do you think it's worth the money?

I am REALLY looking forward to the manor coming out.. But I have had a persistent thought about it that's been bugging me lately. It is so large and has so much space that you could never fully utilize all of it. It'd be a great spot for all of the attuned crafting stations but those wont even take much of that available space either.

I think these large "homes" (if you can even call this place a home) should have more utility to them. Especially if we are going to be spending so much real world money on it. I am 99% sure I am buying the Linchal Manor, but I really would like to make it a social hub with more things to do in it.

Like the Topal Hideaway. Ostentatious and great potential... but at under 3000 items will be kind of empty.

This manor looks beautiful for the little I've seen and definitely I would buy it except I don't want an empty place. The current item slots number is ridiculously low so I won't buy.

I just don't get what you would use it for unless there are some social functions or more functionality in general.

Damn its big enough you could create your own trial if you had a monster editor.

Surely with the low item count and size of it you'll just be periodically rattling around the halls

You can check out the manor by travelling to it. Its located north of kvatch. Go inside and enjoy.

Regarding the item limit, Rich said they limited it for Performance reasons and they want to find ways to increase it.

Having previewed it, general impression is that the outside is huge but the size of the main building interior just isn't in proportion to the grounds. It's pretty small for a 'Grand Manor'.

That's fine... Hardly ever go inside them anyway. The main features for me lie in the spaciousness of the outside

Lol, that sounds to me a very poor and lame workaround for the low item slots number, let's make the manors interior small so it doesn't look so empty.

oh I know it's 700 with ESO+, that's why I won't buy any large house as long as the item slots limit is so low.

The question was formulated in the same form as the user above me with the meaning: "this is the only info I care about, I don't even look at the price or release date if the items slots number is same".

There is no way for them to fix consoles performance and obsolete machines among PC users, he didn't answer why we cannot chose our loading times in houses; putting a big warning about performance and let us decide if we want fill up more slots to get all the bad performance we could get.

This is the almost formulaic way that ZO$ brush us off. Note the words 'in the future'. Knowing ZO$ what does this mean to you?

I absolutely agree with everybody (including myself) who has said that it should be the individual player's decision to manage their performance issue by choosing how many furnishings to place.

The entire playerbase should not be penalised because a proportion of players use consoles or PCs that cannot cope without longer loading times.

I suspect it will be limited, but if so you can buy it via the new concierge service they are trialing as long as you can access the website and have crowns. I am on mobile but if you search for concierge you should find the details that Jessica posted.

Yes. They will purchase the requested items for you while you are away, so long as you have enough crowns to purchase them.

Oddly enough, they announced Hakkvilds available starting tomorrow but no word about Linchal.

I would say 1000 slots would be nice for a manor home, but 1750 would be awesome. Just hope we don't have to wait for a year for that to happen. Also hope the Linchal Grand Manor will be released soon, and I'm almost positive that it will be with crown only. The place will be grand, but 700 items isn't even close to being enough to even dent the place.

Yes the limited time was fairly inevitable. Doubt if that many people will buy it. Same as HHH....both disappointing houses as far as the interiors go.

HHH IMO wasn't for the interior. It was for the massive outside that you could do anything with. I've turned the Colosseum into an alliance dueling grounds, placed a daedric alter in "the woods", have plenty of room for attunable stations with more to come, room for all mundus stones and plenty of area on the grounds. I'll post a tour at some point once it's complete. Coming along decently... I can provide some sneak peak pics...

I know this isn't a HHH thread, but just showing there's potential. I'm very happy with it so far(not done) and will give it its own thread to inspire people. Also to clarify, HHH is a permanent housing addition in case anyone thought otherwise.
