After character select an error has occurred

Every time I select my char I get an error has occurred after a while on the loading screen
Tried repair multiple times but not working
Please help and put it in laymans terms I don't speak tech
Also is anyone else having this problem

As already mentioned, the full error message coming up will be helpful in determining what is going on. Removing add-ons can sometimes resolve issues with characters loading. To fully remove your add-ons, do the the following in this specific order:

1. Exit the game
2. Navigate to C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live in windows explorer
3. Rename Addons to Addons.old
4. Rename SavedVariables to SavedVariables.old
5. Check in-game to see if the if the issues persist.

If the issue does not persist, then one of your add-ons is creating the issue. Try re-enabling your preferred add-ons one-by-one in oder to determine which is causing the problem.

Take a screenshot of the error and post it. Your description lacks enough information for anyone to help.

Also, is it only one character that gives this error or all characters? If you have only one character please make a new one and see if you can start the tutorial. That will help isolate things.

If another character loads but one does not I would open a support ticket as there might be an issue with that character's data in the database on the server side.

Also, if you have not already, disable all add-ons to run that out.
