It's circumstantial; with the Morrowind release I made a Dunmer Warden; Dunmer because, you know, Dark Elves and Morrowind, and Warden because it's the new class; however obviously no benefit from a racial point of view.

Some sources say that Talos or "Hjalti Early-Beard" was a Breton, but he wasn't Imperial, that's for sure. If he was "Talos of Atmora", then you have one o two best evidence that he is truly ninth divine, because you didn't see him in Sovngarde in Skyrim.
