So i want to be a bow wielding Warden that uses DoTs as a main source of damage, is that viable to any end game bosses? i want to weapon swap as little as possible, mainly only to heal/build back stam during a long fight.
as my dots so far but by all means, insult me and then tell me what i should be doing!
Swarm is a magicka skill so its useless on a bow warden as bow is a stamina weapon.
Stamina skills dmg scale off max stamina and weapon damage
Magicka skills dmg scale of max magicka and spell dmg.
Ultimates scale off whichever is highest but its better to stick with your dmg type if your in a cp campaign.
The stamina pigeon is kind of weak, its 21% dmg behind the magicka morph because of passives and morph effects. Its lacking to be honest and zos are just gonna leave stamina warden half finished.
Though you'll want to use injection and then use pigeon as your main spam skill, disorient shot as your cc with a nice heal, sub assault for when people get close. Maybe snipe as a long range skill and for an opener.
Snipe into pigeon into injection for an opening burst.
Maybe ballista bow ult?

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.
There are two bars for a reason. By simplifying your rotation to a level were you only use one bar you logicically will lose damage. And I honestly don't see why you would want to do that, isn't that boring to play?
In general dot heavy builds are viable, in fact pretty much all good endgame PvE builds are based around dots.
But with a build only using bow this could be problematic, you loose a lot of damage potential and skills by running only one type of weapon instead of two. But since your other weapon options for a stamina char are dual wield and twohander this would force you into melee. So if you really want to play ranged you can only really use endless hail, poison injection and the range morph of beast trap as dots.
