What changed to Rolis Hlaalu's inventory?

Recently I accumulated 400 vouchers and want to spend them on some recipes before the new patch hits the live server. Can anyone tell me what exactly changed to the vendor's inventory? What recipes are gone? What are added? Are those crafting stations still there and the same price? I'm NA so I currently have no characters on PTS server. Thanks!

Another thing you can bet on when the patch drops:

At least one or two forum threads from unsuspecting players ... complaining they weren't aware the old items in Rolis Hlaalu's inventory were going away.

Just quoting this so I can find it later.

11 plans are disappearing from his inventory at 125 vouchers apiece, so that's 1375 vouchers anybody who wants them has to obtain before the change.
Writs sell for 1K or more per voucher here on PS4.

Looks like another round of incredibly boring items that for some reason have gold quality. The Gyroscope is the only one that looks interesting to me. Oh, well. I'll buy them.
