Why no release dates for Horns of the reach?

It's getting close to launch day for the dlc and still no hard release dates yet? Why not? It's hard to plan time off from work to download the update when I have no idea what day it will release. I'm on XB1, btw, and know it'll be 2 weeks after the pc release day, but it would be REALLY nice to know what day that'll be. I don't understand why they haven't announced the dates yet.

I thought it was August 15 for PC, and 29 for consoles. Let me check.

August 14th is the release date (for PC).
