How about we release a 2p set that removes all ground effect including negate? The thing that makes it even harder if a 20 man group uses plague doctor with 35k++ health and has 5 healing springs on the group everytime.
As for your argument it has always been magicka > stamina for larger group play. If u want stamina classes to be useful (as in being a damage dealer) go in a smaller scale group. That is where stamina shines the best. There are of course roles for stamina builds in larger group play but they are just not the main AOE damage dealer.
Yeah you negate those guys to kill them. Gotta remove thier mobility and ground healing.

I'll run 24 of them but call it dumb to my dying breath.
I'm interested how Earthgore will work out vs our more regular competition. It's going to help groups like Drac who hate to die if they're not negated, but it's also going to help groups like mine that can bring waves of dps and sustained damage. My major hope is that it adds more durability to Cyro pvp, leads to more brawling fights.
What if they actually made it so eye of the storm actually had an eye to the storm.. and it only dealt damage within a 6 to 8 metre radius around the caster :0

ZOS is like a group of recovering alcoholics who put away their booze - but can't resist opening up that last bottle of scotch then wonder why they've woken up with their underpants on their heads, their hotel TV in the swimming pool, a diminishing bunch of brand new young friends telling them how awesome last night was while their old friends head out the door shaking their heads in dismay...
I dont really see a big problem here. In ESO singletarget has its purpose and aoe has its purpose.MaximillianDiE wrote: »The meta in this game has always been aoe. In a 10v10 a group focussing on singletarget will win against one focussing on aoe.
However thinking nerfing aoes would help the game or lead to a more spread out skirmish type of fight is unrealistic.
If they were to nerf aoe to the ground, the meta would be stacking 16 people on a spot with everyone rotating around the center of the ball. That way you make it impossible to focus a single person and the healers can easily outheal the damage. The counter to stacking is strong aoes.
The meta for 15v60 fights will always be aoe as long as you can get the 60 to stack on flags or other chokes and there is nothing wrong with that imo.
