Can't tell progress on 'Litany of Blood' achievement

I'm working through some Dark Brotherhood achievements and most of the time, when you look at the progress on achievements, the portions you have completed are in white and the ones yet to be done are greyed out. But for the 'Litany of Blood' achievement, ALL of them appear gray even though I'm pretty sure most of them have already been done. Is this normal? Is this happening to anyone else? If it matters, I have deleted the Litany from my inventory since it said it was "already in my lore library". But I can't find it in my lore library anywhere; the only reference seems to be in the achievements area (as listed above).

ziggy29✭✭✭I think someone in one of my guilds helped me with this. I always thought these were accomplished with the contracts you complete in each city. Apparently these are separate targets I have not yet shanked.0
