Look at all those traders with no guild tabard and no items for sale. It'll be interesting to see what guilds end up taking those spots when those guilds "disband" like they always seem to do.

The in game market for is game is joke and ZOS backs that up by doing nothing to resolve these issues. This basically states that ZOS must approve of these market take overs and how the "mafia" works to get their traders by unfair means. If they cared, they would have done something to resolve the markets loooooong ago. #thankszos

    great job @generalmyrick ...

I love how you took an interest and made it a point to dig deeper and shine some light on things...

I haven't been doing much guild store shopping the last month or so - but, I definitely find this type of info fascinating...

thank you very much for your effort :)

all we're doing is looking at the oddly high traffic of guilds that bid millions on a spot to disband hours later...purely intellectual exploration here.

holy cow - just realized what you wrote...

there are at least six guilds in those "prime" spots that probably shouldn't be there...

    very interesting...

i also heard guilds are raffling psn for gold...im wondering if they are using the psn to "buy" gold from there guild then using the gold to try to outbid these dummy guilds that disband hours after they win their trader spot?

    what do you guys think?

The thing to remember is most members don't realize just what's going on behind the scenes. it lays solely on the GM and officers.

All they have to do is make it so Guilds can't disband until Trading week is over. Really is that simple and many of us wonder just why it hasn't been addressed. Makes you wonder ?

that does sound easy! and a lot more smaller guilds could get access to the gold sink! :-)

Btw did you notice how there was no response to the thread after you tag for one. For some reason you never get a response from ZOS on these issues. It's not like any ZOS employee is a Guild GM.... Oh wait some are . Hmmm

This has all been said in the past few weeks in other various guild related threads on the forums. It is nice to see you took the time to check the high traffic trader locations and collect this info though

The trader kiosk system really needs to be rethought. I gave up in voicing my opinion in those other threads because their are just too many white knights too blind to see the problem with this that come defend this sort of thing. It's sad really. Just picked up FFXIV and all the expansions. ESO will be on the shelf soon if ZoS don't start addressing major issues with the game.

They should start fixing/rewriting the code that is salvageable alongside keeping this sinking ship afloat, take the server down and do whatever they need to to strengthen the network infrastructure, and release ESO 2.0. You know, much like Square Enix did for FFXIV. A large chunk of this game needs a huge overhaul, the engine it runs on needs a huge overhaul, and the network infrastructure definitely needs some more than obvious issues resolved.

Easiest way to fix this is to make it impossible to disband a guild that's holding a trader. They have to wait till the traders reset the next week.

And no guild that's seriously considering disbanding would bid on a trader to begin with, so it wouldn't be an issue.

Yeah just keep it so that they can't disband if they own a trader done.

You really can't be mad about something that's in the game...if you can't beat them, join them. It's nobody's fault but ZoS for putting it in the game, ghost traders will always be a thing. If anybody needs a trading guild invite hit me up on ps4 NA....weekly trader!
