Werewolf with Infused Weapons + Torug's Pact

Because the WW heal is magicka-based, it makes sense that a werewolf build would need to cross over into hybrid territory. There are some obvious sets that I have tried like Pelinal's Aptitude and Shacklebreaker and other less obvious sets that I have considered as well.

Recently, I crafted a set of heavy Torug's Pact to try out. Using DW with 2 infused weapons (absorb stamina on one and absorb magicka on the other) the enchantment tooltip was over 3k damage with over 500 stam/mag restore. While in human form, 4 straight light attacks would typically result in 3 enchant procs, which is basically what I expected. However, in werewolf form, the enchants did not seem to proc any more often than normal... the buffed damage was correct, but the cooldown didn't seem to be reduced correctly. Does anyone know if Infused weapons and/or Torug's Pact are bugged for werewolves?

Weapon skill line passives (twin blade and blunt, for example) don't carry over, but set bonuses and weapon traits (like sharpened and precise) do carry over.

Do enchants even proc in werewolf form though? Sounds like a cool build but considering the insane amounts of stmaina builds using poison injection or dawnbreaker no thanks. Unless you got a pocket purger it would be cool.

Yes, the enchants do proc... it's difficult to tell on the console, but the enchantment charges on both weapons do drop evenly when in werewolf form. Also, you can see the enchantment proc by carefully watching the combat text. When testing my setup, it appears to me that the enchantments only proc on approximately 1 out of 4 light attacks when in werewolf form. However, it looks like the enchantments proc on about 3 out of 4 light attacks when in human form. I have the WW ultimate on the DW bar, so I expected the enchants to proc at the same rate.

interesting. What about using a shield enchant? (That's a cool idea... WW with a shield on him)
Sarcasm is something too serious to be taken lightly

I was born with the wrong sign
    In the wrong house
    With the wrong ascendancy
    I took the wrong road
That led to the wrong tendencies
I was in the wrong place at the wrong time
For the wrong reason and the wrong rhyme
On the wrong day of the wrong week
Used the wrong method with the wrong technique

You're always better off having just one infused weapon, sharpened/pvp and precise/pve on the other one.

Hmmm... I've not tried a shield enchant with this setup...

I definitely wouldn't argue this... but, the idea of this setup is to try to squeeze as much stamina and magicka sustain (and a some damage) out of the enchants as possible. I'm just testing for now... and I'm not convinced that the cooldown is cooling down correctly while in werewolf form. If thats the case, then I'll probably just scrap the idea and move on.

Did some limited testing on the PTS, Infused at the very least seems to work, and considering other 5p bonuses works while in werewolf form then I do not see why Torug's would not work. In PvP going 1 Infused Oblivion and 1 Infused Poison or Disease would be really strong, considering the heavy bleed of the werewolf, burst+dots.

    Thanks for testing this!

My first thought was Oblivion and Disease enchants... I am currently testing the Absorb Stamina/Magicka/Health glyphs, though. I really like the resource return from these, so it is going to be a difficult choice. I'm leaning towards an Oblivion glyph plus an Absorb Magicka glyph (the magicka from the glyph is enough to keep my heals going indefinitely).

Doesn't sound too bad actually. Combine it with something like Knight Slayer or Shield Breaker and you can be really devastating. Shield Breaker would be amazing against anyone with shields and if people don't have shields then your strong Bleeds will kick in instead. And with a Dual Wield set up or a Sword and Shield set up you can go with two 5p bonues as well as a monster helmet.
