I've been using these 'cancer' builds for a time to try, and even wearing 3 procsets, i found a lot of people that smashed my face on the mud once and again.
TBH I don't think I have seen a more ironic post on these forums than this THREE freaking proc-set using OP telling other people that they need to "skill up" Truly comical. Looks like somebody is afraid that they're about to start get manhandled once their proc-set crutches are nerfed. Sorry you won't be able to one-shot people with light attacks + procs anymore, looks like you're just going to have to "skill up man."

Im not sad, nor i am defending proc sets. L2read. Only thing you got right is the 'skill up' part, thats something at least.
People will always find ways to trick and tweak the combat to find some advantage wherever they can find it (sets, poisons, skills, etc)... And people will always cry 'nerf this' or 'nerf that' instead of finding a way to counter it.
I've seen thousands of CRYING threads about procsets, people calling these sets cancer and stupid terms like that. I've been using these 'cancer' builds for a time to try, and even wearing 3 procsets, i found a lot of people that smashed my face on the mud once and again... so yeah... There is still room for skill.
Well, these sets will be gone in the next patch due to the constant whine of lazy players. I just saw another thread talking about how poisons will ruin the game (again...) My god, has this game ever stopped getting ruined? xD. But guess what, even if ZOS get rid of poisons, people will find something else after them, no matter what, cause there are thousands of options.
If it would be up to some of them, this game would never stop getting nerfed patch after patch.
Yeah, sometimes I get mad when someone kills me and i cant even react... but there is nothing bad about it, have a look at what killed you, learn and get better. Invest some time on it.
Getting killed doesnt mean that the game is 'unbalanced'.
Why can't people just get over the fact that everyone dies in PVP, I can run pve and barely die i can run for a few days a week without one death, unless in vet dungeons really or occasional lack of concentration on my part, but in PvP I prob die 4 times an hour but I don't care just get up and fight again.
If anything should be nerfed it's burning talons lmao (solely because I [snip] hate it lol)

Most, if not all, those calling for class/skills to be nerfed are likely those in PvP who probably keep getting their arses handed to them from another players/class toons. Got it.. many like PvP, and yes, there are cheating and exploits going about in PvP. So, many will feel disadvantaged when others cheat to get one up; probably causing the crying out for nerfing. The thing is.. every time something gets nerfed, it also directly affect PvE... and for those that have said and will come and say, "I don't care about PvE.. I only PvP." Well, good for you, but there are a lot of folks that only PvE and likely so more than those that just PvP. However, I'm not going to get into what is what better than what or my *beep* is bigger than your trivial type childish argument.
Nerfing has affected PvE quite ridiculously; particularly those that came with Morrowind patch. Hey, I like the challenge and it's not such a breeze anymore going sololy against world bosses and dungeons. However, you're getting hit now with damages ranging from 5k, 8k, upwards to 12k and close to 20k. Those who are not buffed up with food to get in the upper teens of hp are getting killed by 2 or 3 shots and even getting one-shot killed, at times. Heck, even those adds and bosses at dolmens are putting out more juices. If you mess up and forget to throw on your shield or health regen, you can see your deathcap with 4k, 5k, 7k, and 12k shots from dolmen bosses.. damn! I'm even seeing more sorcs getting wiped and reviving just at dolmens and world bosses fight. At times, (sololy) even at a dolmen, it seems like it's comparable to a vet dungeon.
I would be for nerfing if it only have an impact to balance PvP; however, it has been a crying shame what nerfing has done to toons/class/skills in PvE. It should be criminal.. and still, folks are crying out for more nerfing. Ridiculous!

Even you, super amazing pro pvp'er, are not able to kill everyone you have an encounter with, wearing whatever sets that you want. Because as I said, there is still room for skill.
My point was explained clear enough even for the little bit short minds. You might want to have a look to that mate

First page and you are already going for ad hominem insults instead of valid arguments? Tells much...
The thing we - the people that actually care dir balance- critisize is that proc set give too much for the skill slot invested. How is it balanced that selene provides like 3x the damage of f.e. surprise attack? Why a magicka class has to invest haöd their stamina just because one tremor proc?
You know, I like competition, I like carrying new players through raids and vCoS, I like to Best vma on all classes and then farming in a non sorc non nb class, I even like being 10 vs 25 in open cyrodiil. But I only like it because most of this happens in a fair environment. Those 25 players might be pugs and those 10 have Communication going and so on.
You however are lazy and don't play with honour imo, if you rely on cheese. That doesn't teach you anything. Its lame.
