I agree but you could always fix this with a "hide hat" type feature where you can make a character not have access to the communal bank

Yes, it would be so useful if there were some kind of institution in tamriel that would let us have some kind of account to keep our gold safe and accessible on all characters..... we could call it.... hmm... oh! "a bank"
