We know there's nothing stopping any two sentient races from loving one another. Hell, there's at least a few cases of characters falling in love with ghosts, mixed through the games (especially in ESO). The question was, can they reproduce with their preferred partner. Which is iffier.0 -

IRL cats, not to mention lizards have a very different reproductive system to each other and to those of hominids. That sliver of land in Reaper's March that includes the city of Dune is in the Province of Elsweyr proper, so technically I guess whenever we're in or near that city, we're in Elsweyr and a part of Anequina . Yeah, I knew Reaper's March was cross border. The river that runs past Rawl'Kha is the actual border, IIRC. But, I'm not sure if Dune is in Anequina or not. That's my only uncertainty.
I mean, I'd love to get more of Elsweyr in ESO. It's one of the parts of the map we've never explored (at least not since Arena), and the descriptions have always sounded really cool to me.1 -

Khajiit and Argonians aren't animals. They're sentient beings capable of rational thought, language and all the rest. They're comparable to any intelligent alien species in a sci-fi IP.4 -
