Another full week to go and it is not improving . The NA servers and probably all servers at some time are just kicking people left and right . This is not healthy for your game . It was a good gesture but PVP servers can not handle the lag . People just want to play and not fight loading screens . It's effecting everyone . People not even pvping . People logged out of dungeons , trials and VMA . I do not think it is worth upsetting every community for one event . If you won't entertain this request , perhaps skip this event in the future . The positive of this is a few people are now interested in PVP that were not before and it is bringing attention to what what PVP players have been requesting for years , a playable game .

Let us go back to "normal" lag and loading screens . PVP players can handle the normal day to day problems but this is a mess . Not even mad just tired of loading in just to load out . Let's chalk it up as a learning experience and moving on .

I think it's pretty funny actually. Like you said, now the entire community knows what pvpers have been saying is true. And it shows that the devs are pretty much fumbling idiots that can't fix their game.

Yes . The regular PVP players fight for the fights and not the shiney reward boxes . Once those are gone those players will move back to what brings them the most pleasure and the servers can breath again .

Another thread showed that roughly 80% of people do NOT want it ended early. We want our holiday achievements and that dang laurel leaf crown, and the double AP, and the dyes. Not cool to deny all of that to everyone just because you're inconvenienced.

When the server crashes because of this pvp event, everyone is inconvenienced.

ZOS, listen to the OP. His request is simple. He simply wants to be able to play the game.

I remember a time during the first month of the game when my guild had just taken Sejanus and another group came to take it back. We were waiting for them to breach to wipe them when we all got booted, not a server crash.

When we spawn in we were all in different locations of the map, not a rollback since we would have been together somewhere. Really messed up our plans since only two of us were back before Sejanus was lost again. It was funny how everyone was trying to rush to get back since the players with the camps could not get back in time to place them.

If it was just me "inconvenienced" , I would agree with you .. Maybe ZoS could just give those out so you don't lose anything . I don't do polls on the forums anymore because it represents a smaller audience then the game and may or may not be accurate to popular opinion . Regardless , I am happy if you are having fun . Someone should for all this :D

It's not about being inconvenienced, it's about not actually being able to do the one thing many people are here to do. Let's say you do pledges every day. And one day you log in and get notified that you'll need to wait 2 hours before your pledge is ready for you, and you have to stay logged in and wander around until then. And then that happens every day for 2 weeks.

Or say you're in a trials guild and you do the weekly trial every night. And you get your raid together, and have to wait around for 90 min before you can enter the trial.

Or if you're a quester, and you get a pop-up telling you that the npc you need tofu ish the quest phase won't appear for you until the 394 people who started the quest before you are done. And you can't do other quests while you wait.

@Rohamad_Ali I'm going to tell you straight like this. This was my experience during this event. I deal with ridiculously high queues (if I choose to entertain them), that range from 300 to 500. I get disconnected and frozen regularly. When I'm not getting gimped by ZOS, I ride around solo, and spend time running from zergs. Or getting merked from zergs catching up to me. I get bursted down from attacks I can't even see, let alone respond to. Can't bring myself to zerg surf, so I solo all my engagements and try to lend a hand to those getting ganked as you have seen from videos I've posted. I try to get into keeps, and doors refuse to work. Resulting in me getting slaughtered right in front of the door. My health bar is screwed up 9x out of 10 from the desyncs caused by snipe or whatever skill that has my bars jammed up. I ask in zone chat for help when it gets bad, and I get told how emperor sharing and AP farming is the goal. l get told that I should just go around the group of gankers tearing people from Point A to Point B.

Admit it, Roh'... 90% of builds are cheese, and we both can agree that it's beyond obnoxious how the player base behaves. And that the current state of PvP is at an all time low. Things will not be fixed. Just empty promises. They don't even bother to give ETA's anymore. They don't even bother to say, "There's no silver bullet." They respond with silence, or something goofy. And all it breeds is toxicity and hostility. That's it and that's all. For once the sky is really falling in regards to ESO. People can lie and pretend that ZOS isn't at the end of its rope with ESO. Sure. They have that right to, but that doesn't mean you have to be 1 of the fools who gets hit by a flaming cloud. I get that you want to promote productive thought and positivity. Yes. I respect it too. But bruh, keep it 100. Keep it G, and call it how it is. CC immunity don't even work properly now. PvE or PvP. I just made a thread about that too.

C'mon Roh'... Just keep it real. Call things how they really are. ZOS doesn't give a damn anymore, and have even gotten cocky with their attitude toward things. Released an event that didn't even have achievements registering. What type of s*** is that? :|

I've killed you a few times while you were running with the AD zergs a while ago. You seemed like you were doing fine.
Ever since I switched my ISP, my performance has been almost stellar, minus a couple of disconnections earlier in the day today, and the occasional 400 ping spike.

There's definitely something wrong with the server, but it's not huge enough for ZOS to justify ending early.

Not huge enough to justify ending early...? Bruh, halfway through the event and they are releasing a fix for the broken battleground achievement. For real? People rubber banding from place to place, and folks dropping from a Mage's Wrath that went off 2 to 3 mins. ago. Happened to me twice over the weekend.

Who cares about home campaign? I'm having a blast. I usually play on Vivec which normally is the only high pop campaign on PC NA, and sometimes even Vivec is kinda dead on weeknights.

I don't care about leaderboards, I just want to find some fun battles. So far since this event started, I have been able to easily enter Shor, Xarxes, Karstav, with zero queue (using /script QueueForCampaign(61) etc, and all of them have had lots of fun fights.

If you really want to enter Vivec, you can simply queue for it while playing in one of the other campaigns. I have also been playing on Vivec campaign this way and so far haven't experienced any crashing issues or unplayable performance etc. there either.

Very glad we have this event going on. I hope it gets extended a bit longer, and would be amazing if we could get something like this one weekend or so every month.

The most fun times I had in Cyrodiil were shortly after launch when we had around a dozen different campaigns, epic battles raging all across the map 24/7, even very late on weeknights. I usually play late at night PST and I get bored when there is nothing going and you have to run around flagging keeps to try to find some enemies.

Yesterday I was surprised on EU-PC Sotha sil though. I expected a queue of 400 like previous days during event but after work it was only 60 or so. I guess most PvE'ers have the achievement and are done with it.

But I did enjoy the large battles happening. I experienced not much lag on Sotha sil. Yesterday at the battle of ash around 8:00 all 3 fraction where there in full force and the lag was minimal.

But yeah, I am glad if the queue'ing is over. I have little time to play and don't want to wait to long to get into PvP.

If you're right I Could actually go on with it. Will test again tonight and hope this is the case,

But if the situation is still as bad as it was couple of days ago, I would love for this event to be over earlier. Give a couple of reward boxes to everybody as well as the achievement and move on. So far its pretty much preventing me from doing the activity I like with my friends on home campaign. Not fun :(

They should just hand out laurel leaf crowns, and finish the achievments and titles. Give everyone 10 mil AP and 500 event boxes on the game just for putting up with this horribly failed event. While they are at it, mail everyone t-shirts saying "I lived through the ESO nightmare" or something. I wonder when they will finally admit they can't fix this problem.

Bizarrely enough, I'm seeing almost no lag on PCNA Vivec (which was poplocked on all factions), but it's utterly terrible on one of the new campaign (that was at 2 bars max for each faction). So there's more to it than just the number of players on a particular server.

One simple solution, end the event on vivec, or at least give it less bonuses than the others.
it will keep all the pve and causal pvp out of it,

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Why is it that you are not able to play? Are you crashing frequently, or getting large queue for the new campaigns? On PC NA at least even during prime time those don't seem to have much of a queue at all.

I think it is funny we've been conditioned to think this way. We would rather have the event ended early and go back to the "normal" amounts of soul crushing lag and bugs rather than have those things targeted and fixed.
