Healing for Less on PTS vs Live

From resto line skills, healing sets, to class skill I see a decrease in healing from 20 to 2000. From what I can tell, It doesn't make sense when champion points increased, maximum magicka increased, and powered trait increased.

Throwing out numbers without telling us what they represent really doesn't help ZOS or the forum community assist with your issue.

1) Most starkly difference was this on favorite set. The images below are with powered- destro lighting staff (spell powered cure)to keep the test neutral. The same results happened when I swapped a gold body piece of twlight to to spc and put on twlight powered resto staff.

- 2% more healing from the powered staff, more max magicka, more champion points...yet.

✭✭✭✭✭only had 5 mins on pts, but from what I can tell so far. It's properly increasing healing skills without powered trait. I will go back on later on pts to confirm.0 -
