Three words: Centaurs and Nymphs.

We've got all these creatures in the lore that we've seen, but these two have been just left and forgotten as if they have no place on Nirn. Now obviously, Nymphs are a little more...far-fetched to add in the game, since there's really no lore for them, except them showing up as "monsters" in Daggerfall (the game not the city), but Centaurs have a place, and they've got an established foothold in the world. Elder Scrolls Legends has them as a card that explains that they're found in Valenwood, and in High Rock. So hows about we get to seeing them (or one) here?

It's a pipe dream, I know.

    Nymphs are kinda in game, tho they may be represented by the Nereid...

    A nymph is depicted as: a mythological spirit of nature imagined as a beautiful maiden inhabiting rivers, woods, or other locations.

    Nereids are sea nymphs

    So anytime we see a Nereid (especially those in craglorn), we are essentially seeing the nymphs

    True that nymphs are a nature spirit, but in Daggerfall they used fire, not water.

    More credence to your theory tho, is the sound Nymphs make http://images.uesp.net//9/94/DF-Nymph_Sound.ogg which sounds kind of like how the Nereids sound

    Frankly tho, I'm just interested in seeing Centaurs make a comeback

    Centaurs are actually in the game. Kinda. Elden Hollow has lots of bones and remains from centaurs. It's in one of the books in there I believe.

    How much do you want to bet that if they put centaurs in the game, there would be people screaming that's it's not Elder Scrolls lore. I'll place a fiver on it right now.
    Although, I wouldn't blame them. I've been playing ES games since the original Morrowind, and I didn't know centaurs were in the lore. I guess I don't pay enough attention.

    Don't like idea of centaurs in elder scrolls, much prefer unique creatures we have seen from Bethesda, Kwamas, Nix-hounds, golden saints, dremoras, netchsetc. This all ***-***-*** lets slap centaurs, dragons, dwarfs, zombies, Cyclops into every mmo ever created is boring as ***.

    Obvi, there are no cyclops in the game...as far as I/the uesp know. However, when was the last time you saw Centaurs in an MMO besides Guild Wars 2?

    Also, not every province is going to have Morrowind style beasts. High Rock is probably the only generic medieval fantasy province (not counting their politics and courts, that's a whole nother ballgame), so what's adding one more creature? Especially one that has lived there longer than your characters have
