title. and while you are at it, you can make DW heavy attack proc both weapon enchants, since you do hit with both weapons.

enchantments of the same type currently share a cooldown. so only one will proc. doubling up on enchantments is bad practice as you're left with essentially only one enchantment.

If only the dw cool down equaled the 2h when they were the same enchant. Then it'd be mildly worth it.
