Other: don't care. I assume your happiness is because of damage based procsets.

The only "proc set" I use is a support set (Rkugamz, Lord Warden, Engine Guardian etc)

No. I feel all this will do is lead to another nerf on something else, then another nerf....then another nerf...then another nerf. The problem is lack of counterplay with players. If its not this set that is "killing" you, it will be another set or skill. All this does is kick the can down the road, eventually they will run out of road to kick the can down. The logical conclusion of all this is a PvP environment in which there are no sets or skills, just light and heavy attacking players.

Viper is not a big problem for me in PvP in my current setup.
I'm not happy because again my PvE monster sets will be nerfed (grothdarr, ilambris) which means my dps will go down.

Withholding judgment. I don't like armor doing damage for you, but ZOS does, and within that framework the nerfs look good on paper overall. How it plays out during the next patch remains to be seen; you can't really test open world PVP on PTS. But I'm happy they didn't just sledgehammer everything.

The only people that not happy about the nerfs are the ones worried about not being able to kill anyone post patch.

I only PvP to unlock the skills, then get out as quickly as possible. The constant nerfs are just getting old. It's the reason I finally left the last game I played after over 10 years. You find a play style you enjoy, it gets changed because you're killing things with it.

I haven't used proc sets personally. I'm just tired of the nerf everything mentality. If it works, nerf or homogenize it. Fix armor once and for all by having one set with the same stats for everyone. Heavy and light attacks only... problem solved.

I have a job, I have a house to take care of, I have other responsibilities in life... I don't need ESO to become another task I have to figure out because the devs are playing with the balance dart board again.

It's one of the reasons I log in less and less these days. It's becoming more like work and less like leisure. The market really needs another option.

If by "nerf" you mean "buff", then yes. I'm happy. My Red Mountain set damage actually increased. AND I can further increase with my class damage buffs. Selene's is the same way. It actually got a damage buff. Since I don't PvP, I don't have to worry about bosses dodging my procs.

I'm also happy about the change to the Warden bear. I can now use it properly like a hunter in WoW. It won't instantly agro mobs as soon as I send it in so I can properly deploy my AOE's as the bear is running in to maul faces.

Well, viper was nerfed but proc sets will still be meta, so it wasnt a global change. Pvp still needs blaancing, and most importantly, pvp and pve should be balanced separately. So, no, I'm not really happy.
Also, biased poll is biased. I dont even play stam chars lol.

As I am of the strict opinion that every nerf that is done for the sake of PVP and does have effects in PVE is always and generally wrong, I dislike the nerf.

I simply hate that something is changed in PVE just because the PVPers are whining.

The biggest thing, I'll be real, is the fact that there is counterplay against these proc sets. It's no longer instant free burst you down and see you die sets. 1 seconds is forever in PvP. In PvE, the sets still look as viable as they looked before.

Adding clearer telegraphs, delays and changing some from direct damage to DoTs was actually a smart move. Much better than the previous nerf that simply removed the crit.

Some sets just ruined non-CP pvp and Battlegrounds since you could mow down players in a couple moves with Selene's/Velidreth combined with Widowmaker/Viper/Red Mountain since the damage stacked, was all of a sudden, and the latter 3 sets' damage was unavoidable. In CP campaigns, CP allows for more damage mitigation, so they rarely one-shot people there. Now Viper can be cleansed, and Red Mountain and Widowmaker are way more obvious and most likely avoidable. Also with the resistance buffs to set bonuses, they won't hit as hard.
